Using customer 3D data, BCP have the technical expertise to produce tooling using the latest technologies and software, from design right through to manufacture. These methods are also beneficial for when rapid prototypes are required.
Currently we use Delcam Powershape and Powermill to produce our patterns. We are also able to reverse engineer patterns using our Faro arm blue light scanner. The skill of our engineers coupled with 3D off line programming gives us the agility to meet exceptionally tight time lines.
